Feel the Fern

During the participation of river cleaning with the local people, I've noticed there was no fern growing by the river. We, however, live in the kingdom of fern, which gives us the opportunity to embrace the highest density of fern varieties. Yet, Those concrete ditches, which accelerate the flow of the river, don't allow the ferns to survive. I would like to recycle the used hangers as the material, and invite residents to join and experience the beauty of fern's individual shape; bringing the concept Of being friendly to nature, environment protection to local citizens at the same time.
