"Con Bello Symphonic Band" is one of the orchestras with the most abundant performance and creative energy in Taiwan. It is jointly led by leader Xie Weimin and director Liu Kejie with new entrepreneurial thinking. The members of the group all have professional performance qualifications, including many with master's and doctorate degrees who have returned from studies at home and abroad, and young musicians who have graduated from top domestic universities.
The orchestra adheres to the core concept of "the ultimate pursuit of beauty" and focuses on "exquisite" music presentation, "innovative" performance formats, "inherited" educational connotations, and "friendly" program production. Since the founding of the group, it has organized public performances, young musical talent training, campus promotions and charity activities every year in large quantities and with high quality.
As of the end of 2023, Kuangmei has accumulated up to 370,000 live audiences and more than 1 million online band audio and video traffic, making it the band with the highest audience traffic in Taiwan in recent years. From 2021 to 2023, it has won the championship of [OpenTix Two Halls Cultural Life-Music Programs] for three consecutive years. Its unique performance style has been well received by the audience.
